Sponsorship Opportunities
The event is being held on May 1st, 2010 and we are actively looking for individuals and business
to help by becoming a sponsor. We currently offer 3 different sponsorship options, explained below.
We plan to have approximately 1000 people attend this event and we will make sure every
sponsor is displayed prominently.
Option 1 - $100 Sponsorship
Name of company or individual will be displayed on sponsors page of www.mccoolesbeerfest.com.
Name of company or individual will be displayed on “Sponsored in part by:” posters located
throughout the event.
Option 2 - $200 Sponsorship
All of the above plus…
Name of company or individual listed on the back of the beer list brochure each person will receive
with their admission.
Name of
company or individual on a banner to be hung above beer tables.
We are handing out bags to each attendee that will contain the beer list brochure, and business cards, menus or coupons
from each of our $200 level or higher sponsors.
Option 3 - $300 Sponsorship
All of the above plus…
Name of company or individual listed solely on a rinse station. Multiple rinse stations will be built and visited
often by festival goers to rinse their tasting glass between beers. The rinse station will be painted with your
company’s colors and your logo and/or name will be displayed prominently on all sides. You can also opt to sponsor
the shuttle bus that brings people to and from the parking lot instead. A large banner with your information will
be mounted to the side of the bus. You can sponsor the bus and a rinse station for $400.
Larger donations will be gladly accepted and other sponsorship options still exist.
If you wish to donate more then $300 you will receive all of the above plus we can discuss other
options that may be available to you.

A portion of the sponsorship dollars will go towards helping fund the Children's Theater Program at
McCoole's Arts and Events Place.
