Homebrew Competition Registration Form

This form is used for the registration of McCoole’s Beer Festival Home Brew Competition. Please print
and complete this form and return it to “You Can Brew It” 201 Station Rd, Quakertown, PA 18951
(Store 223 inside the Quakertown Farmers Market)

You must submit 2 12oz bottles of your best homebrew and $50 dollars for registration and entry
into the beer festival.
All brewers will receive 2 tickets to either session of the beer festival with their registration ($70 value).

One overall "Best of Show" category will be judged with placements of 1st, 2nd & 3rd. The deadline for all entries is
Sunday April 22nd, 2012. Judging will take place at 6 pm April 25th and the winner will be
announced at the beginning of Session 2 (5:00pm). Good Luck!!

1st Place Winner will receive a trophy, and $50 gift certificates to
You Can Brew It and McCoole's Red Lion Inn.
2nd Place Winner will receive a trophy, $30 gift certificates to You Can Brew It and McCoole's Red Lion Inn.
3rd Place Winner will receive a trophy, $20 gift certificates to You Can Brew It and McCoole's Red Lion Inn.
